Resumen

El contenido de esta investigación en torno a la cual este artículo se desarrolla, está relacionada con la Cultura y los valores de la Empresa Familiar, debido al impacto que en todos los aspectos tienen estos conceptos y la influencia en todos los ámbitos que se produce en la toma de decisiones de la “familia” y de los “negocios”. El tema en sí, y considerando lo que se encuentra escrito, no es fácil de abordar, ya que la cultura y los valores, se pueden asociar a todos los ámbitos del proceso estratégico y de toma de decisiones de la empresa y la familia, sea en mercados domésticos o internacionales. Basándose en una revisión y análisis de la literatura, este artículo presenta una mirada a las diferentes aportaciones efectuadas en este ámbito, buscando resaltar la importancia de la Cultura y los Valores en el proceso estratégico de la Empresa Familiar.
